Great Digs!-biblical archaeology
Every week on Thursday until Mar 4, 2021 from 6:00p to 8:15p
Great Digs is a “bird’s-eye” view of the exciting subject of biblical archaeology. In it you will learn how archaeological discoveries validate and illuminate the biblical narrative. Each week we will examine a different historical period, placing biblical events in their geographical setting and chronological time frame. Then we will look at specific excavation sites and artifact discoveries that support and confirm the biblical accounts and add context and detail to the events and customs described in the Bible. You will not only better understand the Bible story, but you will have increased confidence in its accuracy and reliability as a foundation for our faith.
