Every child must be checked in and out by an adult (or a sibling who is in 7th grade or higher). Upon check in, the adult will receive a unique code that is required to pick up your child.
On Saturday night, check in directly at your child’s room.
On Sunday morning, we have two locations for check in: Education Building (room 16) and the Life Center (LC-1). All ages can be checked in at either location.

Safety Is Important
We have several policies in place to protect your child. As mentioned above, every kid must be checked in and out by an adult. Additionally, every one of our volunteer leaders have been thoroughly screened–and not just for criminal records, but also for spiritual and emotional maturity. Each leader has signed the New Life Leadership Covenant. We need leaders, but we won’t take just anyone. Please contact us if you would like more information about our safety standards.
Our Early Childhood Department (0-5yrs) uses the Gospel Light Curriculum. Over the course of two years, your child will learn to recognize that the Bible is God’s Word and that God loves and cares for them through a fun, age appropriate biblical based learning.
Our Elementary Department (1st-6th grade) uses the Gospel Project Curriculum. Over the course of three years, your child will journey from Genesis to Revelation and discover how God’s plan of redemption unfolds throughout scripture and into today.
All of our elementary kids are invited to join our Kids Worship Team, which meets on Wednesday nights. For more information, email Traci at firstname.lastname@example.org
Kids Small Groups
During the school year, our 5th and 6th graders meet on campus for small groups. This is a great time to build relationships, pray for one another, and dig into God’s Word. For more information, email Traci at email@example.com.
Child Dedications and Baptisms
Several times a year, we do child dedications and baptisms (for kids older than 8) in the main service. You can sign up for the next dedication at nlc.link/dedication For more information, email Traci at firstname.lastname@example.org

Is God Calling you to Serve the Next Generation?
Every weekend, we minister to hundreds of kids and we need more help!
We are looking for more people to serve on the weekends with our kids directly (as an aid or teacher). No experience is necessary! We will train you and provide curriculum every week. You’ll spend 20-30 minutes during the week to review the lesson and serve for one service on the weekend. You can serve every week or twice a month, whatever is best for your schedule.
Many parents want to know how they can invest spiritually into their kids, serving in their Sunday School Class is a great way to make this happen.
Please pray about this! You may know someone who is waiting to be asked to serve. If so, you’ve got options:
(a) direct them to our online application www.newlifekids.church/serving or
(b) email Traci at email@example.com
If you love Jesus and have a heart for kids, pray about serving in our ministry.
As a team, our goal is to serve according to the following standards for our ministry:
We want kids to become more like Jesus.
We want uncompromising physical and emotional safety for our kids.
We want our kids to experience and express genuine joy.
We want our visitors to have a great first time experience and every family in our community to hear about Jesus.
We want kids to be accepted, cared for, and known.
We want to serve our families where they are ‘at’ and to set them up to win. We want parents to have a piece of mind so they can worship without worrying about their kids.
We want kids and leaders to discover their SHAPE for serving in God’s Kingdom.
We want to do high quality ministry and be proud of our service.
