SENIOR FITNESS

MWF | 8–9AM • LIFE CENTER

Stay fit physically and spiritually with this balanced conditioning class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Classes include low impact aerobics, resistance training using dyna-bands, strength training with light hand weights, and plenty of stretching and fellowship.

 

 

SENIOR DINNERS

1ST TUES | 4:30–6:30PM • LIFE CENTER

Come for a wonderful evening of spiritual encouragement, live entertainment, and fellowship around a fantastic dinner. Get your ticket ($6) in the lobby or online.
