Our Ministry Values

Serving Families By Loving Kids In The Name Of Jesus
Our kids aren’t just the future of the church, they are the church TODAY.

Our values define how we will serve our kids and families. Identifying ministry values will create an intentional focus to our service. We have greater unity as a leadership team when we are committed to the same values. When leaders own their ministry values, their skills improve and their effectiveness increases. Reviewing our values on a regular basis will serve as a great reminder of our where we are headed as a team and highlight possible areas for personal growth.

Spiritual Growth

We want kids and leaders to become more like Jesus.

Safety

We want uncompromising physical and emotional safety for our kids.

Fun

We want our kids and leaders to experience and express genuine joy.

OUTREACH

We want our visitors to have a great first time experience and every family in our community to hear about Jesus.

AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS

We want kids and leaders to be accepted, known, and cared for.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We want to serve our families where they are “at” and set them up to win. We want parents to have a peace of mind so they can worship without worrying about their kids.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We want kids and leaders to discover their SHAPE for serving in God’s kingdom.

PROFESSIONALISM

We want “outsiders” to have a positive perception of our ministry.

OUR TEAM

We are committed to helping you win as you serve our kids!
